Police Reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
Feb. 21 — Nicole A. McCloskey, 24, of Butler, was charged with a misdemeanor of driving under the influence after police said she crashed her vehicle Jan. 31 on Center Avenue. Police said she showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed McCloskey’s blood alcohol content at 0.232%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Feb. 21 — Zoe M. Birckbichler, 20, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police said they stopped her on West Cunningham Street. Police said she was found in possession of marijuana.
Feb. 20 — Christopher L. Perovich, 38, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor stalking and trespassing. Police said he hopped a fence and walked onto a property after being informed by police not to return to the residence.
Feb. 21 — Richard J. Russell, 25, of Butler, was charged with felonies contraband and possession of a controlled substance. Police said he took suboxone strips and hid them in his cell.
Feb. 21 — Corry J. Holt, 49, of Butler, was charged with felony forgery, misdemeanor device fraud and 11 counts of identity theft. Police said he used a credit card to spend $532 without permission.
Feb. 21 — Robert S. McClelland, 26, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Walmart with $190 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
Feb. 21 — Joshua R. Esposito, 31, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he removed a package from a porch.
Feb. 21 — Suzanne R. Claypoole, 57, of Sarver, was charged with misdemeanors harassment, stalking and terroristic threats and misdemeanor harassment. Police said she sent threatening texts and calls to someone.
Feb. 21 — Benjamin L. Hoffman, 30, of West Sunbury, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped him Feb. 17 on Main Street, Butler City. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Hoffman’s blood alcohol content at 0.16%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Feb. 21 — Helen M. Koon, 39, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanors of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said a THC vape and wax, buprenorphine and naloxone strips were found on her person.
Feb. 21 — Cole M. Brown, 22, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said a bag of marijuana was found in his vehicle.
Feb. 21 — Andrew M. Stigall, 26, and Leaayzia Q.M. Crockett, 20, both of Youngstown, Ohio, were charged with three misdemeanor counts of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Stigall additionally was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs and false identification to an officer. Police said they were stopped on West Jefferson Street, Butler City, and a marijuana cigarette and 33 gabapentin pills were located in the vehicle. Stigall also showed signs of impairment, police said.
Feb. 20 — Terry D. McClimans, 37, of Butler, was charged with felony strangulation, misdemeanors simple assault and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, summary harassment. Police said he choked and struck someone, then took their vehicle without permission.
