Storyteller Bill May will present “Escapes on the Underground Railroad Butler and Western Pa. to Canada” at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 8, at the Butler Public Library, 218 N. McKean St.

He will have tales of escaped slaves and the brave men and women who sheltered them, as well as photographs of some of the actual locations used by the underground railroad.
