Police Reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Jan. 26 — Thomas A. Ferrieri, 36, of Clinton, was charged with two misdemeanors for license suspension. Police said they stopped him Jan. 9 on Route 228.

Jan. 25 — John P. Muska, 61, of Mars, was charged with felony retaliation and misdemeanor terroristic threats. Police said he verbally threatened a police officer.

Cranberry Twp

Jan. 26 — Lukas T. Frankel, 26, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief. Police said he struck a fire hydrant on Autumn Hill Drive, continued through a yard, struck a street sign and then left the scene. He told police that the incident occurred when he swerved to avoid hitting a deer.

Jan. 25 — Brian K. Grosser, 52, of Mount Pleasant, was charged with two counts of felony theft and misdemeanor of possession of a criminal instrument. Police said he left Lowe’s with $839 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Jan. 25 — In two cases, Terry J. Wolf, 42, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two felony counts of theft and summary driving with a suspended license. Police said he left Best Buy with $158 and $508 worth of merchandise without paying for it in those instances.

Jan. 25 — Udell C. Ramirez, 37, of Portersville, was charged with misdemeanor invasion of privacy. Police said he used his phone camera to look at someone inappropriately.

Jan. 25 — In two cases, Angela A. Watt, 29, of Sarver, was charged with felony criminal trespass and misdemeanors theft and possession of a criminal instrument. Police said she left Walmart with $306 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Butler City

Jan. 25 — Steven Guthrie, 41, of Lyndora, was charged with property damage. Police said he hit a vehicle on West Cunningham Street and did not stop to exchange information.

Butler Twp

Jan. 26 — Julie A. Snow, 45, of Butler, was charged with felony theft. Police said she left Walmart with $445 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Jan. 25 — Alex J. Ziegler, 28, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanors of driving under the influence after police said they stopped him Dec. 25 on Old Plank Road. Police said he showed times of impairment and a later blood test showed Ziegler’s blood alcohol content at 0.121%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

State police, Butler

Jan. 26 — Brandon M. Geist, 37, of East Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped him Nov. 28 on Kittanning Street, Butler City. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC in Geist’s blood.

Jan. 26 — Dakota J. Guerre, 23, of Tarentum, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped him Aug. 28 on Dick Road, Franklin Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Guerre’s blood alcohol content at 0.112%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Jan. 25 — Paula J. Wentling, 55, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped him Jan. 20 on Zeigler Avenue, Butler City. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed Wentling’s blood alcohol content at 0.09%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Jan. 24 — Christine J. Boice, 45, of Rimersburg, was charged with three misdemeanor DUIs after police said she crashed her vehicle on Interstate 79, Cranberry Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired and a later blood test showed traces of lorazepam, alprazolam, methadone, xylazine and fentanyl.
