FourPenn Partners announced Tuesday the company has secured Allegheny Health Network’s Regional Home Health & Hospice as its new tenant at 200 Allegheny Drive in Marshall Township, Allegheny County.

AHN Regional Home Health & Hospice will utilize 15,789 square feet beginning this summer to serve as a training facility for professionals within the AHN program.

The property is situated on an 8.44-acre parcel and includes a total of 53,000 square feet of Class A office space and is also home to Venture Engineering.
