Police Reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Jan. 18 — Caitlyn R. Kollinger, 23, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanors of driving under the influence and property damage. Police said they stopped her on List Hill Road. Police said she showed signs of impairment and admitted to striking a garbage truck when passing it on a double yellow line. A later blood test showed traces of Zoloft in Kollinger’s system.

Butler City

Jan. 23 — Brandi L. Shoup, 29, of Butler, was charged with two counts of felony forgery. Police said she provided counterfeit bills in exchange for real money at a business.

Jan. 21 — Cullen E. Bickham, 22, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he pulled someone’s hair and sprayed pepper spray at them.

Jan. 19 — Tanesha L. Meggett, 37, of Ambridge, was charged with a misdemeanor of cashing a bad check. Police said she wrote a check for $90,000 with insufficient funds.

Jan. 19 — Jerad C. Soose, 37, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors endangering welfare of children and simple assault. Police said he slammed a door and hit a 14-year-old girl’s head.

Jan. 18 — Nicole T. Finucan, 37, of Butler, was charged with felony drug sales. Police said she was observed exchanging methamphetamine for cash on West Jefferson Street.

Butler Twp

Jan. 19 — Brandi P. Zediker, 26, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanors of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was found with two stamp bags containing an unidentified white powder, used and unused stamp bags and a container with an unidentified white powder following a search.

Middlesex Twp

Jan. 20 — Leanne R. Hood, 47, of Saxonburg, was charged with three misdemeanors DUI after police said they stopped her Jan. 12 on Pittsburgh Road. Police said field sobriety test showed she was impaired.

State Bureau of Dog Law

Jan. 18 — Stephanie Fields, 32, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanors failing to register her pets. Police said she was found harboring two dangerous dogs without registering them.

State Police, Butler

Jan. 24 — Justin M. Dutcher, 34, Dorothy M. Bly, 87, and Matthew A. Zietz, 39, all of Butler, were involved in a vehicle crash at Route 8 and North Ridge Lane, Center Township. Police said Dutcher failed to yield to oncoming traffic and struck Bly’s vehicle. Zietz’s vehicle then attempted to avoid the crash and hit debris and a roadside barrier, police said.

Jan. 23 — Jacob R. Ruth, 23, of Harmony, was charged with felony theft. Police said he left Lowe’s with $2,771 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Jan. 23 — Mose A. Lane, 61, of Butler, was charged with two felony counts of DUI after police said they stopped him Dec. 31 on West Cunningham Street, Butler. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Lane’s blood-alcohol content at 0.150%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Jan. 23 — Taylor L. Wilcox, 28, of Portersville, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said buprenorphine and naloxone were found in her possession.

Jan. 18 — Joshua S. Hall, 39, of Lyndora, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI. Police said they stopped him Jan. 12 on Mercer Road, Center Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment.

Jan. 18 — Derek E. Reep, 71, of Petrolia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped him Jan. 9 in Fairview Township, and that field sobriety tests showed he was impaired. A later breath test showed Reep’s blood alcohol content at 0.118%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Jan. 18 — Dezeray L. Angerette, 38, of Butler, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI. Police said they stopped her Jan. 15 on West Sunbury Road, Center Township. Police said she showed signs of impairment.
