Police Reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Jan. 14 — Jahaziel Galvan, 37, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanor unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Police said Galvan was found to be operating a stolen vehicle.

Mars Boro

Jan. 13 — Mark Walter, 60, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanors of driving under the influence. Police said they stopped him Jan. 11 on West Railroad Street, and that a later breath test showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.086%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

State police, Butler

Jan. 18 — Terry J. Rockwell, 45, of Prospect, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI. Police said they stopped him Jan. 15 on Unionville Road, Franklin Township, and that later breath tests showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.163%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Jan. 18 — Izjanae S. Soler, 19, of East Stroudsburg, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI. Police said she crashed her vehicle at Centerville Pike and Harmony Road, Slippery Rock Township. Police said a later blood test showed traces of THC in her blood.

Jan. 18 — Jeremy T. Elder, 39, of Harrisville, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and careless driving. Police said they stopped him Jan. 14 on Route 8, Mercer Township. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired and he admitted to drinking prior to driving. A later breath test showed Elder’s blood-alcohol content at 0.063%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Jan. 18 — Shawntelle S. Johnson, 47, of New Castle, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia and summary disorderly conduct. Police said they stopped her Jan. 10 on New Castle Road. Police said a crack pipe, chore boy, a bag with traces of suspected crack cocaine were found in her vehicle.

Jan. 18 — Killian J. Redman, 29, of Butler, was charged with six misdemeanors of drug and paraphernalia possession. Police said several THC items, marijuana, a metal grinder, digital scale, and smoking bomb were found at his residence in April 2021.

Jan. 18 — Allen J. Arnold, 26, of Springdale, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs, Police said they stopped him Jan. 14 on Holyoke Road, Center Townhip. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Arnold’s blood-alcohol content at 0.135%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
