Bomb threat closes McDonald’s near Clearview Mall
The McDonald’s near the Clearview Mall was closed Saturday morning due to a bomb threat, state police said.

At 5:01 a.m., an employee at the 102 Clearview Mall Circle location answered a phone call from an unidentified phone number in which the caller said, “a bomb was left in the building,” according to a news release.
The store reopened early Saturday afternoon.
Earlier, a number of state police cars were at the restaurant. At 11:15 a.m., two state police vehicles remained at the restaurant, which still was closed at that time.
The investigation is ongoing.
