Police Reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Dec. 21 — Justin M. Hensel, 38, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanors of driving under the influence and damage to property after police said he crashed his vehicle Dec. 18 on Warrendale Road. Police said he showed signs of impairment.

Butler Twp

Dec. 24 — Tanya M. Thomas, 43, of Butler, was charged with felony aggravated assault, misdemeanor resisting arrest and summary public drunkenness. Police said she was in an altercation with a neighbor and fought with police officers.

Dec. 22 — Noah D. Dibuono, 26, of Ellwood City, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Walmart with $293 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Dec. 22 — Marcie L. Shirley, 38, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summaries harassment and disorderly conduct. Police said she punched and slapped someone.

Liquor Control Enforcement

Dec. 22 — Timothy L. Mastronicola, 60, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor failure to register a brewery business. Police said he was manufacturing alcohol from his basement.

State Police, Butler

Dec. 28 — Christopher M. Heller, 42, of Clarion, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he attempted to leave Pennwest Homes with items after his employment was terminated.

Dec. 22 — Matthew N. Ford, 36, of Slippery Rock, was charged with felony DUI and several traffic citations after police said they stopped him on Hall Road, Clay Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment.

Dec. 21 — Donna J. Neely IV, 63, of Butler, was charged with felony theft. Police said she made a fraudulent return at the Clearview Mall in Center Township.

State Police, Washington

Dec. 22 — Carol A. Chambers, 45, of Butler, and Chelsea L. Heckert, 31, of Slippery Rock, were charged with two counts of misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said nine uncapped syringes, four spoons, a razor, two suboxone strips, one stamp bag of heroin and several empty stamp bags were found on Heckert’s person. In Chambers’ vehicle, police found 24 white tablets, gabapentin, seven syringes and a tourniquet.
