Lindstrom

Timothy J. Lindstrom, 72, passed away Friday, Dec. 30, 2022, at Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.

He was a Butler High School graduate, Class of 1968.

Born in Pittsburgh on May 27, 1950, he was the son of Lois L. Lyons-Lindstrom (Gran) and the late Ralph T. Lindstrom.

He worked at International Staple before working at American Hardware/Servistar in East Butler. He later worked as a truck driver for Pitt Ohio and Estes Trucking. He also worked a short time for Aldi with his son, and retired at 62.

Tim was a gun enthusiast, and a good hunter in earlier years. He also liked golfing, swimming and family vacations at the beach. He had a lot of fun in his life and was a good joke teller.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Lindstrom; his brother, Lloyd Lindstrom; and two infant children.

He is survived by his wife, Joann Lindstrom of Cabot; his daughter, Tara E. Lindstrom of Cabot; his son, Trevor A. Lindstrom of Saxonburg; three grandchildren, Daisy, MaryJane and Jaxon Lindstrom of Saxonburg; one sister, Susan (Ron) Rometo of Pittsburgh; his sister-in-law, Pam Lindstrom of West Sunbury; and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to give a special thanks to all of Concordia’s nurses and physical therapists, who dedicated their time and care.

LINDSTROM — A memorial Mass for Timothy J. Lindstrom, who died Friday, Dec. 30, 2022, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, 821 Herman Road, Butler, with the Rev. Ward Stakem as celebrant.

A luncheon will follow at the Herman Fire Hall, 789 Herman Road, Butler.

Arrangements are being handled by GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.
