Police Reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
Dec. 15 — Emily N. Foster, 32, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault and resisting arrest. Police said she threw a can at someone, kicked in a gate and refused to comply with police.
Dec. 15 — Ryan J. Shontz, 44, and Krystal K. Flynn, 41, both of Slippery Rock, were involved in a vehicle accident at Route 356 and New Castle Road after Shontz’s vehicle rear-ended Flynn’s, according to police.
Dec. 6 — Deborah Hines, 47, of Butler, was charged with five counts of misdemeanor theft. Police said the thefts occurred when she was employed at TJ Maxx.
Nov. 26 — Noah D. Dibuono, 26, of Ellwood City, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Walmart with $293 worth of merchandise he did not pay for.
Dec. 16 — Logan and Luke Sweigart, both 23 of Sewickley, were charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summaries criminal trespass and harassment. Police said the two engaged in physical altercation in a gym Nov. 12.
Dec. 15 — Brandon L. Mathie, 39, of Mogadore, Ohio, was charged with three felony counts of theft. Police said he left Target with $3,056 in merchandise without paying for it.
Dec. 12 — Kevin R. Kirk, 21, of Beaver Falls, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor retail thefts. Police said he left Walmart with $262 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
Dec. 15 — Raymond W. Priester, 54, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor theft and two counts of misdemeanor false statement. Police said he failed to complete a contracted job after receiving payment in advance.
Dec. 15 — Pamela A. Linn, 66, of Gibsonia, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor theft. Police said she gave a bad check totaling $116 to a business.
