The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts.

Dec. 22 — Matthew N. Ford, 35, of Slippery Rock was charged with his third driving under the influence offense, a felony, and several summary traffic violations after police said he was found asleep in a pick-up truck that was parked on Hall Road in Clay Township and was blocking a driveway.

Dec. 19 — A Department of Transportation shed on Currie Road in Worth Township was broken into and a battery was stolen from an excavator.

Dec. 18 — A small baggie containing two grams of what police said appeared to be marijuana were found in a vehicle that was found in a ditch along Parker Pike in Allegheny Township. Due to a lack of evidence about the ownership of the vehicle, no charges have been filed.
