Bradley Bailey

Bailey

On the morning of Dec. 13, 2022, Bradley Bailey of Harrisville, passed away at the age of 57.

Brad was the son of James and Margaret Bailey.

He graduated from Grove City Christian High School in 1983. While still in high school, Brad enlisted in the Army National Guard’s split training program and then served in the U.S. Army.

Brad later worked as a machinist and found satisfaction in the precision and efficiency of that work.

Brad’s love for his community and neighbors was evident in the way that he quietly sought to meet the needs of those around him. Brad loved the outdoors, appreciated the beauty of natural surroundings, and was always happiest when gathering with friends and family around a campfire.

He is survived by his parents, James and Margaret Bailey; his siblings, Marsha (Stephen) Johnson, Patty Bailey, Jeannie (Chad) Sutton and Andrew (Jamie) Bailey; and his nieces and nephews for whom he cared deeply, Olivia (Daniel) Burgher, Nathan Johnson, Jackie Sutton, Sara Sutton and D.J. Sutton.

We take comfort in this, “The ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with singing, with everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.” ~ Isaiah 35:10.
