Police Reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
Dec. 9 — Kendall P. Goettler, 28, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence after police said she crashed her vehicle Nov. 7 on Union Church Road. Police said a later blood test showed Goettler’s blood alcohol content at 0.202%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Dec. 8 — Amanda L. Nichols, 40, of Sarver, was charged with four counts of misdemeanor bad checks after police said she issued four checks with insufficient funds.
Dec. 9 — Zachery V. Everetts, 25, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors terroristic threats, simple assault and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police said he threatened people while holding knives. Police said he was found in possession of three stamp bags of suspected heroin and two empty stamp bags.
Dec. 8 — Bradley P. Jones, 66, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped him Nov. 1 on North Washington Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Jones’ blood alcohol content at 0.160%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Dec. 8 — Heather R. Kelley, 40, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor simple assault after police said she pushed and scratched two people.
Dec. 7 — David A. Flick, 68, of Butler, was charged with two counts of felony false statement and two counts of misdemeanor false statement after police said he answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Dec. 9 — Katie L. Elkins, 33, of Beaver Falls, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped her Nov. 3 on East Main Street, Evans City. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of Xanax, hydrocodone, and fentanyl in Elkins’ system.
Dec. 8 — Joy A. Kennedy, 51, of Valencia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said she crashed her vehicle Dec. 2 on Pittsburgh and Dinnerbell roads. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Kennedy’s blood alcohol content at 0.190%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Dec. 9 — Dakota J. Hinchberger, 30, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felony and misdemeanor drug sales and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police said he sold crack cocaine to an confidential informant July 26.
Dec. 9 — Phillip J. Green, 31, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped him Oct. 29 on Evans City Road, Connoquenessing Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Green’s blood alcohol content at 0.163%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Dec. 8 — Hali R. Campbell, 31, of Lyndora, was charged with three misdemeanor DUIs after police said she showed signs of impairment Nov. 2 in Butler Township. Police said a later blood test showed traces of clonazepam, THC, and other medications in her system.
Dec. 8 — Tony L. Harris, 31, of Butler, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI and several traffic citations after police said they stopped him Nov. 26 on North Main Street Extension, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.
Dec. 7 — John E. Kuhn, 63, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanors of use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police said they stopped him June 14 on Route 28, Buffalo Township. Police said he was in possession of 15 bags of heroin/fentanyl.
