Conrad Lang Sr.
Conrad G. “Connie” Lang Sr., 90, of Saxonburg, passed away on Nov. 28, 2022, at Allegheny General Hospital.
Born Oct. 5, 1932, in Saxonburg, he was the son of Joseph A. Lang and Minnie Mae Johnston Lang.
He was married to Cheryl (Weitzel) Lang in 1962, until her death in 2013.
Connie was a private first class in the U.S. Army from 1953 to 1955.
He worked as a millwright for U.S. Steel for 27 years. He also worked at Krendale Golf Course.
Connie was a member of Saxonburg VFW Post 7376 and a life member of the Saxonburg Volunteer Fire Company.
He was an avid baseball player. He loved to play golf; enjoyed bowling, woodworking, hunting and drawing; and he loved sunbathing.
Connie was a very loving father and enjoyed spending time with family.
Surviving is his son, Conrad G. Lang Jr., of Saxonburg; a daughter, Adriann Cunningham of Saxonburg; and his grandsons, Kyler Bastian and Michael McClure Jr.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl J. (Weitzel) Lang; his parents, Joseph A. and Minnie Mae Johnston Lang; his brothers, Joseph Lang Jr. and Norman Lang; and his sister, Dolores Jenkins.

Arrangements have been entrusted to FOX FUNERAL HOME in Saxonburg.
