Summer may feel far away, but the deadline is fast approaching for Pittsburgh area junior and senior high school students to apply for Bank of America’s Student Leaders program.

Through paid summer internships at local nonprofits, community-minded young students gain skills to be successful in the workforce. The 2023 application is open now through Jan. 13, 2023.

Last summer, four Pittsburgh-based student leaders worked with the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh on special projects and learned first-hand how to work in local organizations. The program is part of the bank’s investment in youth and young adults — helping them obtain work and leadership experience, while making a difference in their communities.
