Police Reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler Twp

Nov. 7 — Anthony Magliocca, 54, of New Castle, was charged with theft. Police said he left Holiday Inn Express without paying $299.

Nov. 7 — Seph Schlobohm, 36, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanors. Police said he crashed his vehicle on Route 422 and left the scene.

Nov. 1 — Colin Borland, 20, and Caleb Borland, 19, both of Butler, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol following an incident on Hansen Avenue.

Oct. 27 — Bryan R. St-Germain, 42, of Hatfield, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor of a false written statement. Police said he answered a question incorrectly when applying to purchase a firearm at Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Oct. 27 — Fareed A. Richards, 36, of Prospect, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor of a false written statement. Police said he answered a question incorrectly when applying to purchase a firearm at Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Cranberry Twp

Nov. 1 — Bret A. Dunhoff, 49, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Walmart with $284 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Oct. 28 — Lauren E. Raposa, 35, of Cranberry, was charged with simple assault. Police said she placed a lit cigarette on someone’s arm during an argument.

Middlesex Twp

Oct. 31 — Mitchell D. Fitzgerald, 26, of McMurray, was charged with felony eluding an officer and multiple traffic citations. Police said he failed to comply with a traffic stop Oct. 8.

State police, Butler

Oct. 31 — Robert J. Swanson, 22, of Waterford, was charged with misdemeanor trespassing and disorderly conduct. Police said he was escorted from University Village Apartments in Slippery Rock Township.

Oct. 30 — Daniel K. Norton, 39, of Slippery Rock, was charged with felony terroristic threats. Police said he threatened to slit someone’s throat.

Oct. 29 — Tacoma Pumphrey of Hermitage, Justus Flynn and Alex Hinson, of Greenville, were charged with theft. Police said they took two cellphones in Slippery Rock Township.

Oct. 27 — Keith R. Ulewicz, 40, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief. Police said he intentionally broke someone’s laptop.

June 7 — Chloe E. Hickerson, 25, of Clairton, and Mary E. Montez, 34, of Hermitage, were involved in a vehicle accident on Interstate 79, Muddy Creek Township. Police said Hickerson threw an object from her vehicle at Montez’s vehicle, causing them to hit each other and travel off the roadway.

Zelienople

Nov. 1 — Joseph T. Anderson, 27, of Zelienople, was charged with simple assault after police said he pushed and kicked someone.
