Police Reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler City

Oct. 20 — Alysha M. Zurzolo, 32, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said she took $1,650 from a lock box without permission.

Butler Twp

Oct. 31 — Sheena M. Louder, 35, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness. Police said they stopped her on Whitestown Road.

Oct. 28 — Mikaylah Wyant, 23, of Lyndora, was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment. Police said she shot at a car with a gel blaster toy in the Walmart parking lot.

Oct. 22 — Michael Doumont, 52, of Butler, was charged with harassment. Police said he touched a woman at Dollar Tree in Butler Commons.

Oct. 20 — Joshua A. Krovack, 32, of Slippery Rock, received a traffic citation. Police said he struck two different utility poles on New Castle Road.

Oct. 19 — Chelsea Yeckel, 31, of West Sunbury, was cited for a hit-and-run crash and careless driving. Police said she hit a traffic signal pole at North Duffy Road at Butler Commons.

Cranberry Twp

Oct. 21 — Rolando N. Melancon, 35, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two misdemeanor thefts. Police said he left Home Depot with $629 worth of merchandise and Lowe’s with $1,016 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Oct. 21 — Daniel L. Stevenson, 43, of Conway, was charged with felony retail theft. Police said he made a fraudulent return and received $127 in store credit.

Oct. 20 — Samanta Corcuera, 18, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two misdemeanors: theft and corruption of minors. Police said she left Walmart with $393 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Middlesex Twp

Oct. 22 — Jeffrey B. Jones, 60, of Zelienople, was charged with two felonies: burglary and criminal trespass. Police said he entered a garage and attempted to take an air compressor from the residence.

State police, Butler

Oct. 21 — Clint D. Sommers IV, 30, of West Sunbury, was charged with felony drug sales and eluding an officer, and the misdemeanors of driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he failed to obey a traffic stop on Pine Drive, Center Township. Police said a field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and five ounces of marijuana and a 9mm pistol were found in his vehicle.

Oct. 20 — Christopher L. Finch, 50, of Vanport, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said he crashed his vehicle Sept. 10 on Evans City Road, Butler Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Finch’s blood-alcohol content at 0.107%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Oct. 20 — Matthew G. Hibbard, 27, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors of DUI and retail theft after police said they stopped him Oct. 19 on Sunbury Fields Lane, Center Township. Police said he left Boscov’s with $214 worth of merchandise without paying for it. Hibbard showed signs of impairment and attempted to flee police on foot.

Zelienople

Oct. 20 — David M. Davis, 23, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he spit in someone’s face, grabbed them by the throat and attempted to strike them during an altercation.

Oct. 19 — Grant Etter, 35, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanors of resisting arrest and use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said they stopped him on Halstead Boulevard. Police said Etter fled them on foot and was found in possession of a syringe and a bag of suspected cocaine.
