Police Reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
Oct. 19 — Jeffrey J. Boyle, 56, of Valencia, was charged with two misdemeanors of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said they stopped him on Hayes Street. Police said 37.2 grams of marijuana, a glass smoking pipe, rolling papers and a lighter were found in his vehicle during a search.
Oct. 19 — Derohn E. Brown, 35, of Aliquippa, was charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he grabbed a woman by the neck and punched her in the face.
Oct. 18 — Adrian Nicelli, 22, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor thefts after police said he left Walmart with $891 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
Oct. 18 — Jason D. Luna, 51, of Callery, was charged with misdemeanors public drunkenness and use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said they stopped him Oct. 12 on his bicycle at Bingham Lane. Police said he showed signs of impairment and found a glass smoking pipe, metal grinder and a small amount of marijuana on Luna’s person.
Oct. 19 — Edward J. Fleishner, 20, of Sarver, was charged with two counts of felony burglary and misdemeanors criminal mischief and trespassing. Police said he caused $1,500 in damage to a business in Clinton Township. Police said two $20 keyboards were missing after the incident.
Oct. 19 — Miranda G. Brady, 28, of Butler, was charged with a misdemeanor of driving under the influence. Police said they stopped her Oct. 15 on Cunningham Street, Butler City. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later breath test showed Brady’s blood-alcohol content at 0.166%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Oct. 19— Randall J. Bell, 61, of Butler, was involved in a vehicle crash after police said his vehicle left the roadway and struck a building on Evans City Road, Forward Township.
Oct. 18 — Michael J. Young, 47, of Butler, was charged with felony eluding an officer and misdemeanors DUI and resisting arrest. Police said he failed to obey a traffic stop Oct. 17 in Butler City. Police said he showed signs of impairment and refused a breath test.
Oct. 18 — Aaron J. Atchison, 24, of Butler, was charged with felony and misdemeanor DUI and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police said they stopped him March 31 on Ziegler Avenue, Butler City. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood tests showed traces of marijuana in Atchison’s system. Police said a glass smoking device was found in Atchison’s vehicle following a search.
Oct. 18 — Charles V. Dombroski, 28, of Gibsonia, was charged with misdemeanors of use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police said they stopped him Sept. 13 on South Jackson Street, Butler City. Police said syringes, empty glassine bags and a glassine bag containing suspected heroin were found in his vehicle.
Oct. 17 — Jason P. Bowser, 40, of Adrian, was charged with was charged with misdemeanors theft and cashing bad checks. Police said he gave a bad check totaling $793.
Oct. 19 — Faith Ann E. Baney, 21, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said she spit in a juvenile’s face during a verbal altercation.
Oct. 13 — John M. Kelly, 59, of Cranberry, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped him Oct. 9 on South Main Street, and that field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Kelly’s blood-alcohol content at 0.213%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
