Police Reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Oct. 5 — Anthony B. Michalski, 23, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence. Police said he crashed his vehicle Sept. 17 on Oswego Drive. Police said Michalski left the scene prior to their arrival. Police said Anthony later told police he’d consumed alcohol and a later breath test showed his blood to have traces of alcohol.

Jeanie M. Michalski, 58, of Valencia, was charged with three misdemeanors of hindering apprehension. Police said she told officers she was picking up her son, Anthony, and gave deceptive and vague answers regarding his whereabouts following the vehicle crash.

Cranberry Twp

Oct. 6 — John R. Benko, 41, of Butler, was charged with two felonies of theft after police said he left Walmart with a total of $3,029 worth of merchandise without paying for it over the course of 15 separate occasions.

Butler City

Oct. 5 — Richard S. Pfeil, 26, of Butler, was charged with three counts of felony failure to register. Police said he failed to register as a Megan’s Law offender.

Butler Twp

Oct. 11 — Jason Kostelansky, 46, of Butler, received a traffic citation. Police said he rear-ended the vehicle of Natosha Carlson, 35, of Butler, at Picklegate Crossing.

Oct. 11 — Carol Cousin-Hutchison, 79, of Butler, received a traffic citation after police said she crashed her vehicle into the vehicle of Paula Rodgers, 52, of Butler, on Hansen Avenue.

Oct. 11 — John Ferguson, 66, and Gloria Ferguson, 65, both of Valencia, were involved a motorcycle crash. Police said a deer ran in the roadway. Both were transported to UPMC hospital for injuries.

Oct. 7 — Justin Tincha, 37 of Butler, received several traffic violations. Police said he drove his vehicle over a salt bin and embankment on South Duffy Road.

Oct. 7 — Cinda Tigri, 74, of Butler, received a traffic citation. Police said she drove in front of and hit the vehicle of Robin Ryan, 50, of West Sunbury on New Castle Road.

Oct. 5 — Dustin B. Crawford, 30, of Sarver, was charged with felony aggravated assault, misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment following an incident on Germaine Road.

Aug. 26 — Roy Jackson, 72, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI. Police said he caused a hit-and-run crash at Super 8.

State police, Butler

Oct. 11 — Michael C. Poore, 60, of Slippery Rock, was charged with felony theft. Police said he had a stolen vehicle outside his home in Brady Township.

Oct. 7 — Dana V. Ganni, 59, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and summary walking along a highway. Police said he was walking along New Castle Road and Interstate 79 on multiple occasions.

Oct. 6 — Joseph Bartolomeo, 41, of Lyndora, was charged with felony aggravated assault, misdemeanor simple assault and harassment. Police said he struck a woman multiple times while in a vehicle on Pittsburgh Road, Middlesex Township.

Oct. 6 — Damon W. Musloe, 56, of Wexford, was involved in a vehicle crash on Interstate 79. Police said a deer ran out into the roadway.

Oct. 5 — Lerea L. Montgomery, 29, of Buffalo, N.Y., and Seantae L. McGhee, 31, of Buffalo, N.Y., were charged with misdemeanors possession of marijuana. Police said they stopped them Sept. 3 on Interstate 79, Lancaster Township.

McGhee was also charged with misdemeanors for possessing drugs and false identification to an officer. Police said she misrepresented herself when questioned.

Police said a small amount of marijuana and an open container of alcohol were found in in the vehicle.

Oct. 5 — Daniel A. Stevenson, 52, of Evans City, was cited for driving on the wrong side of the road. Police said he crashed his vehicle into a utility pole on Harmony Street, Connoquenessing Borough.

Oct. 5 — Ryan J. Chuba, 39, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and accidents involving property damage. Police said they responded to a crash Oct. 1 on Eagle Mill Road, Connoquenessing Township. Police said Chuba left the scene prior to police arrival, and a later breath test showed Chuba’s blood-alcohol content at 0.192%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
