My dear Mouse,

Memories of you, after all these years,

So sweet and true; they still bring tears.

That special smile, your hazel eyes,

The soft advice, so warm and wise.

You were a man beyond compare,

We share a love - so real, so rare.

Throughout our years, our life was right,

So much in love; we held on tight.

But then one day, God called you Home,

He kept me here in live alone.

I struggled through so many years,

My heart so full of grief and tears.

Then God smiled down, and in His Love,

Sent special blessings from Above.

He gave a gentle man to me,

And in my heart, I know you’re pleased.

So often, we remember you,

And speak of things you used to do.

The love we shared lives on in me,

And I know it will always be.

A place where I can go to find,

Memories of the sweetest kind.

So thank you, Mouse, for our great life.
