Richard Fleming
Richard Seth Fleming, 66, of Cranberry Township, died Sunday, Sept. 18, 2022, surrounded by family after an unexpected illness.
He was born June 29, 1956, in Pittsburgh, and was the son of the late Robert D. and Helen (Farren) Fleming.
He was preceded in death by a brother, G. Thomas Fleming.
Richard is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Linda (LaNeve) Fleming; four children and nine grandchildren, Jennifer (David) Klein, and Mackenzie, Carter and Caden; R. Seth (Crystal) Fleming and Lucas; Cassandra (John) Wilbern and Jacob and Camryn; and Adam (Stephanie) Fleming, and Aria, Owen and Brooks.
He is also survived by his brothers, Robert (Marge) Fleming and Edwin (Nancy) Fleming.
Richard, most likely known as Rich, Dad, Pa or Coach, was incredibly loved and respected by all who knew him. He was the hardest working man, who created an art and love out of installing carpet.
He was an avid golfer, who could be found every Sunday morning out on the course with those he loved. From starting the grass cutting season with a celebratory cigar, maintaining and washing the vehicles weekly, to helping everyone who called, he was always there. He was the true definition of a man, who would give the shirt off his back.
Rich was the most loyal and devoted husband, father and grandfather a family could have ever been blessed with. He was the heart and soul of the strong family he built, and his legacy and memory will live on through them.
