Reutzel scores win at Commonwealth Clash
BUFFALO TWP — Aaron Reutzel started in the front row, survived numerous restarts and won the 35-lap Commonwealth Clash Sprint car race Saturday night at Lernerville Speedway.
Reutzel picked up the winner’s check of $10,000 for the victory. Scotty Thiel finished in second placed and Cale Thomas third.
There were 19 RUSH Modified cars on hand for their 20-lap feature. Ayden Cipriano won the race with Garrett Krummert taking second and Cole Edwards third.
Lernerville will host the Steel City Stampede Oct. 13-15. Rotating hot laps take place Oct. 123, preliminary events on Oct. 14 and features for all divisions Oct. 15.
