Wayne and Peggy Roccia

Peggy and Wayne Roccia of Zelienople will celebrate 50 years of marriage with a family dinner Sept. 3 at the Narcisi Winery in Gibsonia.

Roccia married the former Peggy Baird on Aug. 18, 1972, at St. Ferdinand Roman Catholic Church in Cranberry Township.

They have two children, Jennifer R. Moreau of Cranberry Township and Dr. Wayne Roccia of Gibsonia.

They also have six grandchildren.

Roccia is a retired Seneca Valley High School teacher and coach.

He is a member of the Seneca Valley Sports Hall of Fame.

She is a retired cardiac nurse and sonographer.

The Roccias are members of Crestview Community Presbyterian Church of Callery.
