These items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

July 27 — Keith J. Short, 57, of Gibsonia, was charged with misdemeanor altering official documents after police said his son was pulled over July 21 on Route 228. Police said Short was the owner of the vehicle, which had false inspection and emissions stickers on it.

Butler

July 31 — Christopher L. Perovich, 38, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felony contraband possession and misdemeanor trespass after police said they arrested him for trespassing at the Elm Court property. Police said Perovich was taken to jail, where officers found meth in his pocket.

July 28 — DShawn C. Reyes-Warner, 23, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault after police said he punched his girlfriend multiple times the night of July 28 at their shared apartment.

July 28 — Pati E. Taylor, 30, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor counts of drug and paraphernalia possession after police said they found three stamp bags of suspected heroin and a syringe while arresting her for a different matter.

Butler Twp

July 29 — Jessica M. Wichman, 37, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they investigated a two-vehicle crash July 14 on Whitestown Road near Chesapeake Street. Police said they found Wichman lying down near the crash next to an empty 23.5-ounce bottle of moonshine. Police said she later refused to have her blood tested.

July 29 — Brian L. Tristani, 48, of Butler, is charged with felony counts of burglary and trespass, as well as misdemeanor theft, after police said Tristani broke into a woman’s home July 23.

Cranberry Twp

July 28 — Cynthia D. Donaldson, 40, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they investigated a two-vehicle crash July 5 on Route 19 near St. Francis Way. Police said field sobriety tests showed Donaldson was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.224%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office

Aug. 1 — Jhonny Gomez, 26, of Enola, was arrested and charged with felony counts of drug sales and criminal use of a phone, as well as misdemeanor drug possession after investigators caught Gomez possessing and trying to sell one kilo of cocaine in the parking lot of Primanti Brothers in Cranberry Township.

State Police, Butler

Aug. 1 — Heath M. Disalvo, 44, of West Middlesex, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him July 31 on Unionville Road near North Road, Franklin Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed Disalvo was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.201%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

July 31 — Both sides of a domestic altercation were charged each with misdemeanor simple assault.

Police said Matthew S. Fitzpatrick, 50, and Vicky L. Pender, 47, both of Saxonburg, had hit each other in a July 30 dispute while in a vehicle on their way home from a bar. Police said Fitzpatrick additionally was found possessing cocaine and was charged with a misdemeanor count of drug possession.
