State Police, Butler

July 26 — James P. Clair, 30, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him Jan. 14 on Jackson Lane, Jackson Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed Clair was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood-alcohol content was 0.194%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

July 26 — Beth L. Broeren, 62, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped her June 3 on Interstate 79 North, Lancaster Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed Broeren was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood-alcohol content was 0.117%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

State Police, Kittanning

July 26 — Police filed charges against two women after troopers said they found drugs on both, who were passengers during a May 31 traffic stop on Route 28 North, Buffalo Township.

Anna L. Frobe, 36, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor counts of drug and paraphernalia possession after police said she was found with 50 stamp bags of suspected heroin or fentanyl and paraphernalia in her clothes.

Jouline L. Walker, 32, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor counts of drug and paraphernalia possession after police said she was found with 93 stamp bags filled with suspected heroin or fentanyl and paraphernalia in her clothes.
