4:16 p.m. July 26 — Lois A. Daniels, 31, of Valencia, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor counts of drug and paraphernalia possession after police said they found her illegally possessing buprenorphine and drug paraphernalia while they were arresting her on an outstanding warrant at her home.

July 27 — Grant J. Etter, 35, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor theft after police said he agreed and was paid to do landscaping work that the customer claimed was never completed. The estimated amount of work had a total cost of $900.

July 27 — Jacob Thiel, 27, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor invasion of privacy after police said he had two hidden cameras recording in his home, a guest bedroom and living room, while a woman was watching his home for him.

July 26 — Jane E. Harper, 65, of Sarver, was charged with misdemeanor counts of DUI and leaving a vehicle crash after police said they investigated a hit-and-run crash May 12 on South Pike Road, Buffalo Township. Police said they found the vehicle that fled and identified Harper as the driver. Police said a later blood test showed Harper’s blood-alcohol content at 0.223%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

July 26 — Keith J. Novak, 48, of Kittanning, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession after police said they stopped him Feb. 22 on Route 356, Buffalo Township. Police said Novak was found possessing 10 pills and a white powdery substance, which were pills that had been chopped up.
