These items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

July 25 — Taijuan M. Coaston, 22, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they found him unconscious behind the wheel of a still-running vehicle June 11 at the intersection of Center Avenue and South Monroe Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed marijuana in his system as well as a blood-alcohol content of 0.103%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

July 25 — Paige Curtis, 23, of Prospect, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped her June 22 on Fifth Avenue. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later breath test showed her blood-alcohol content at 0.187%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

July 21 — Theodore A. Ataman, 23, of Elyria, Ohio, was charged with felony counts of forgery and theft after police said he cashed fraudulent checks in the name of Elliott’s Tire, a Butler business. Police said Ataman cashed three fraudulent checks in the total amount of $7,758 in June.

Butler Twp

July 25 — Robert L. Jones, 52, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft after police said he stole an air conditioning unit from Walmart on April 29. Police said the item was valued at $447.

July 25 — David C. Bemben, 41, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure after police said he exposed himself inappropriately to a 12-year-old girl.

Cranberry Twp

July 24 — Timothy A. Delon, 57, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor counts of DUI and criminal mischief after police said they responded July 23 to the GetGo, where a driver had hit a gate and curb driving into the wash. Police said Delon refused field sobriety tests and lunged at officers. Police said Delon also later refused to have his blood tested.

July 20 — Two people were charged with felonies after police said they fraudulently bought two vehicles without the owner’s consent. Police charged both Kyrk Pyros, 55, of Pittsburgh, and Kelton M. Burgess, 50, of Valencia, with felony conspiracy to commit theft, and Pyros was charged with an additional felony count of possessing stolen property. Police said Pyros was responsible for returning two Porshes to their owner, who lives in Florida, but instead he, and his attorney Burgess, conspired to designate the vehicles as abandoned so Pyros could acquire them.

5 p.m. July 12 — Tyler J. Michlich, 33, of Baden, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor counts of retail theft and false ID after police said he tried to take $131 worth of items from Walmart and then gave officers a false name.

Lancaster Twp

July 26 — David D. Haney, 29, of Harmony, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him July 3 on Perry Highway. Police said field sobriety tests showed Haney was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.0115%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

State Police

July 22 — Amber L. Stahl, 25, of Columbus, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped her vehicle on New Castle Road in Butler. Police said field sobriety tests showed Stahl was impaired, and a later blood test showed marijuana in her system.

July 22 — Joshua J. Space, 29, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor failure to use interlock system after police said they investigated a single-vehicle crash July 5 at the intersection of East Portersville and Yellow Creek roads. Police said witnesses saw the driver, later identified as Space, flee from the crash. Police said the vehicle did not have an interlock system, an in-car Breathalyzer, which is required for any vehicle Space drives.

July 22 — Jeremy E. Sawyer III, 45, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor counts of DUI and disorderly conduct after police said they investigated a July 18 report of a dune buggy being operated by a drunken driver at Big Butler Fairgrounds. Police said they found the vehicle with Sawyer behind the wheel despite his license being DUI-suspended. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and he later refused to have his breath or blood tested. Police said they later were called back to the fairgrounds because Sawyer continued the behavior.

July 22 — Kimberly R. Donaldson, 27, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor false ID after police said she gave them a false name during a July 1 traffic stop along Route 422 East, Muddy Creek Township. Police said they later discovered her license was suspended, and she had active arrest warrants out of Ohio.

July 22 — Charles E. Feitl, 57, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they were dispatched to a welfare check May 22 at the intersection of Route 422 and North Road, Franklin Township. Police said Feitl was passed out behind the wheel, and field sobriety tests showed he was impaired. Police said a later blood test showed controlled substances in Feitl’s system.

3 p.m. July 20 — Police responded to a domestic dispute between two sisters on Rolling Valley Lane in Butler, after which they charged both Tierra C. Blakely, 27, of Butler, and Kaylee M. Morin, 19, of Butler, with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said the two had argued and then became physical with each other.
