Ogoreuc shines at rifle nationals

PORT CLINTON, Ohio — Jack Ogoreuc, son of former Slippery Rock University swim coach Bob Ogoreuc, won numerous medals at the recent National Championships for Air Rifle and Smallbore Rifle.

In smallbore, Jack was selected to represent the PA Rifle Team. His four-man team won the national match for State Association teams. His two-man team placed second in the Freedom Fire Match. Individually, Jack was second in the Iron Sight Match Intermediate.

In air rifle, he won the silver medal in his age group. His team finished third.
