The following items were collected from various police departments and magisterial district courts:

Butler County Drug Task Force

July 12 — Cindy L. Anderson, 42, of Butler, was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after county probation officers said they found fentanyl, heroin, crack cocaine, two glass pipes, six syringes and two empty stamp bags in her purse and on a couch where she was sitting in a home on Hall Road in Clay Township when officers arrested her on a warrant.

Butler Twp

June 6 — Shawn M. Fulmer, 32, of East Butler, was charged with four felonies for driving under the influence and four summary violations after police said he drove his car into a tree in front of a home on Belmont Road.

July 21— Valerie Davis, 40, of Commodore, Pa., was charged with a misdemeanor DUI after police said she crashed her vehicle May 21 on New Castle Road.

Cranberry Twp

July 18 — Nikolai S. Stoichikov, 44, of McKees Rocks, Allegheny County was charged with damaging a vehicle and summary harassment after police said he rear ended a vehicle June 23 on Cranberry Square Drive. Police said Stoichikov attempted to punch the other driver in the face several times before fleeing the scene.

July 19 — Vasile Coste, 51, of Chicago Ill., was charged with two counts of felony theft after police said he left Lowe’s with more than $2,000 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

July 19 — Misty L. Dean, 51, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two counts of felony retail theft after police said she left Walmart with $128 worth of merchandise without paying for it. Dean has two prior retail theft convictions, according to court documents, which makes the charge a felony.

State Police, Butler

July 14 - Stephen A. Heller, 23, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said he crashed his motorcycle July 3 on Holyoke Road in Center Township. Police said they detected an odor of alcohol on his breath, and a later blood test showed Heller’s blood-alcohol at .149%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is .08%.

July 14 — Tracy L. Deal, 51, of Butler, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI after police said she crashed her vehicle July 10 at the intersection of Fairmont and Cherry roads in Fairview Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and Deal admitted to taking Prozac, Xanax, oxycodone and other drugs before driving.

July 15 — Jerrold L. Beich, 21, of Sharpsville, was charged with misdemeanors for carrying a gun without a license and two DUIs after police said they stopped him Feb. 7 on Pleasant Valley Road in Muddy Creek Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of marijuana in Beich’s blood. Beich showed officers a gun strapped to his person and admitted to not being licensed, police said.

July 15 — Michael A. Vantine, 39, of Karns City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped him June 18 on Main Street in Chicora. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

July 15 — Jessica L. Courson, 33, of St. Petersburg, Clarion County was charged with a misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped her June 4 on Oneida Valley Road in Oakland Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired.

July 17 — Steven A. Dorenkamp, 61, of Chicora, was charged with burglary, theft and harassment after police said he entered a woman’s residence and stole 10 cans of beer when she wasn’t home and then later returned to her home to try to enter and harassed the woman by knocking on her door and yelling at her through the door.
