These items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
June 3 — Lori T. Chepkevich, 57, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault after police said she hit her husband causing visible injury during a dispute June 3 at their home.
June 6 — Margo V. Barr, 47, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor counts of drug possession and drug paraphernalia possession after police said they stopped her June 5 on North Main Street for an unregistered vehicle. Police said they arrested Barr’s passenger who had an active warrant, and they also found four stamp bags of suspected fentanyl and related paraphernalia.
June 5 — Samantha R. Montgomery, 27, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession after police said they stopped her vehicle on June 5 on Shore Street for an expired registration. Police said four suboxone strips were found in the vehicle’s center console.
June 3 — Tyler J. Hartman, 25, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor child endangerment after police said he allowed and advised a 10-year-old child in smoking marijuana from a pipe.
June 4 — Daniel K. Hood, 47, of Butler Township, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault after police said he hit his girlfriend causing visible injury during a dispute June 4 in the backseat of a car.
June 3 — Zachary S. Lowe, 29, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor counts of false identification, drug possession and drug paraphernalia possession after police said they stopped his vehicle May 19 on Route 356. Police said Lowe gave police an incorrect first name during the stop, and officers recognized him for being wanted on a different matter. Police said during his arrest, cocaine and paraphernalia were found.
June 2 — Samantha N. Hair, 27, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft after police said on May 21 she stole 42 items totaling about $536 from Walmart.
June 6 — Christopher Hughes, 40, of Renfrew, was charged with felony counts of theft and receiving stolen property, as well as misdemeanor criminal mischief after police said he stole items from a construction crew’s trailer. Police said the total value of the items is about $5,100.
June 6 — John R. Lutz, 20, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him April 15 on Oak Ridge Drive for driving recklessly. Police said field sobriety tests showed Lutz was impaired, and a later blood test showed marijuana and fentanyl in his system.
June 3 — Nathaniel T. Reges, 22, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him May 28 on Route 8, Butler, for a suspended registration. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.096%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
June 3 — Timothy A. Imhof, 64, Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they investigated a one-vehicle crash June 1 on Euclid Road, Clay Township. Police said a later breath test showed Imhof’s blood-alcohol content at 0.193%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
June 2 — Jeremiah D. Heller II, 31, of Tarentum, was charged with felony false statement during a gun purchase and misdemeanor false statement after police said he inaccurately filled out an application to buy a gun from Sportsman’s Supply Co., Summit Township, on March 13, 2020.
