These items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

April 26 — Nicole D. Petry, 33, was charged with misdemeanor counts of drug and paraphernalia possession related to an April 13 welfare check at her township home.

Police said in her home they found multiple pieces of drug paraphernalia and 55 stamp bags of suspected heroin.

Butler Twp

April 22 — Cheyene L. Goodin, 24, of Kittanning, was charged with felony retail theft as well as misdemeanor counts of drug and paraphernalia possession after she was stopped by Walmart employees April 21.

Police said Goodin tried to leave the store with a $50 hair brush and then tried to throw drugs in a garbage can while in the store’s security office. Police said they found three stamp bags of suspected heroin in the garbage can.

Slippery Rock

April 29 — Shelly Roman, 47, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor counts of drug and paraphernalia possession related to an April 25 traffic stop on Oak Street.

Police said Roman, a passenger in the vehicle, was discovered to be hiding 1 1/2 bricks of heroin in her shirt. Police said Roman said the drugs were for personal use.

State Police, Butler

May 2 — George P. Langford, 56, of Portersville, was charged with misdemeanor counts of unauthorized device access and theft related to a March 24 reported theft at Cal’s General Store, Portersville.

Police said a man claimed to have left his credit card at one of the gas pumps, and it later was used by an unknown person to purchase about $100 of gasoline. Police said surveillance video shows Langford at the pump, and he later told officer when he arrived at the pump, a transaction already had been started. He told officers he pumped the gas, but he did not take a card from the pump.

April 28 — Robert A. Newman, 36, of Brady Township, was charged with misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct, related to an incident involving children.

Two children reported to police that they saw Newman alone in his home standing naked and performing a sex act in front of the window with the blinds open.

April 28 — Russell J. Barkley, 67, of Portersville, was charged with seven misdemeanor counts of improper use of 911 and seven summary counts of harassment related to 911 calls he made on March 16 and March 17.

Police said Barkley called 911 seven times over those two days and did not report a crime or have any legitimate purpose to do so.

April 26 — Jason H. Dolmayer, 39, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a single-vehicle crash Jan. 7 at the intersection of Victory and Spring Valley roads, Clinton Township.

Police said field sobriety tests showed Dolmayer was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.152%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Zelienople

April 26 — Kassandra M. Clyde, 23, of Fombell, was charged with misdemeanor DUI stemming from an April 19 traffic stop on North Main Street.

Police stopped her vehicle for expired registration. Police said field sobriety tests showed Clyde was impaired, and a later a blood test showed her blood-alcohol content at 0.174%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

April 26 — Jesse R. Vale, 40, of Ellwood City, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault related to an April 11 incident at the Hungarian Club on Hazel Street.

Police said Vale, a guest, had a confrontation in the bar parking lot with a member and had pushed and hit the other man multiple times.
