Police Reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts.
Adams Twp

April 21 — William A. Obaker, 66, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanors for driving under the influence after police said he showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests conducted on Three Degree Road. Following later blood tests, Obaker’s blood-alcohol content level was 0.136%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Cranberry Twp

April 20 — Dawn M. Lucero, 42, of Bellevue, was charged with a misdemeanor retail theft after police said she concealed and failed to scan more than $320 worth of merchandise during self-checkout at Walmart.

April 20 — Nicholas Rose, 33, of Rochester, Pa., was charged with misdemeanors retail theft and possession of a controlled substance after police said left Walmart with $114 worth of merchandise and had amphetamine and alprazolam pills on his person when searched.

Butler Twp

May 2 — Two people were charged with stealing a combined $1,115 in merchandise from Walmart in Butler Township.

Travis Soloski, 29, and Tiffany Altman, 24, both of Butler, were charged with misdemeanor counts of retail theft and conspiracy. Police said the two were involved in a string of thefts between January and March.

Police say Altman also stole $172 in items in two solo thefts. Altman was charged with two additional counts of retail theft for her alleged solo thefts.

April 22 — Two people were cited with summary offenses after a vehicle accident at New Castle Road and Campus Lane that resulted in minor injury.

Tammy Quercio, 62, of Butler, was charged with driving at an unsafe speed and expired inspection and registration after her vehicle rear-ended the vehicle of Timmothy Divers, 28, of Butler, at 3:16 p.m. Divers was cited for an expired inspection on his vehicle.

Evans City Seven Fields

April 25 — Terri S. Walters, 61, of Butler, was charged with a misdemeanor accident involving damage to an attended vehicle after police said she failed to stop for a red light on East Main Street, Evans City, and drove into another vehicle, making a turn and causing moderate damage. Police said Walters drove away from the scene without providing the required information following an accident.

Jackson Twp

April 25 — Milan Cokrlic, 41, of Freedom, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor terroristic threats and two counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct after police said he made threats to his employers after he was informed of his termination. Police said Cokrlic became angry and said the individuals were on his “hit list,” that they should “watch their backs,” and that these were “not threats, they were promises.”

April 25 — Brittany M. Wilcox, 30, of Harmony, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police said a syringe and metal spoon with a yellowish substance on it were seized from her vehicle following a medical call.

State Police, Butler

April 25 — Taylor L. Levic, 28, of Grove City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs and several traffic violations after police said she showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests. Following a blood test, Levic’s blood-alcohol content was 0.113%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

April 20 — Ya’Ja D.J. Stevens, 23, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with three misdemeanor DUIs and several traffic violations after police said she showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests conducted at Sheetz on Hindman Road in Butler Township. Following a blood test, traces of marijuana, Xanax, Tramadol and Gabapentin were found in Stevens’ system.
