The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts.

Cranberry Twp

April 12 — Jacqueline Pastories, 57, of McKeesport, was charged with misdemeanors retail theft, two counts of conspiracy and receiving stolen property after police said she drove an unidentified male to the Lowe’s store in Cranberry where he allegedly stole nearly $2,000 worth of merchandise.

April 11 — Kimberly C. Frazier, 54, of Charlotte, N.C., was charged with a misdemeanor false identification and summary offenses of retail theft and disorderly conduct after police say she stole nearly $80 worth of merchandise from Walmart and produced a false form of identification when confronted.

Slippery Rock Borough

April 12 — Robert J. Walsh, 36, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense of driving under the influence and summary traffic violations after police said he showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests on West Cooper Street.

State Police, Butler

April 12 — Kristy L. Klabnik, 40, of Butler, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI after police said she showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests conducted at South Clearfield Road in Clearfield Township. Kabnik’s blood-alcohol content level was 0.227%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.

April 12 — Jonathan A. Downing, 31, of Boswell, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said he showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests conducted on South Benbrook Road in Butler Township. Downing’s blood-alcohol content level was 0.116%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.

April 11 — Karen E. Christy, 53, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and disorderly conduct and a summary charge of harassment after police said she was throwing items at customers in TJ’s Hideaway in Evans City and then left the scene intoxicated.

April 11 — Stephanie Fields, 32, of Mars, was charged with eight misdemeanors including two counts of dogs not being properly registered after police said she failed to fill out paperwork based on her dogs being considered dangerous animals in the proper time frame.

April 11 — Carl A. McIlvaine, 26, of Rochester, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving an attended vehicle and several traffic violations after police said he struck a vehicle while traveling on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township.

April 11 — Justin C. Gerney, 33, of Central City, was charged with simple assault and harassment after police said Gerney sprayed mace in someone’s face unprovoked.

April 11 — Jeffery A. Steiner, 64, of West Sunbury, was charged with felony criminal trespassing, two misdemeanor first-offense DUIs and misdemeanor theft from a motor vehicle after police said he entered a residence in Summit Township and went through a vehicle at the residence all while highly intoxicated. Steiner’s blood-alcohol content level was 0.245%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.

April 11 — Rose E. Jenkins, 56, of Petrolia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said she showed signs of impairment during a traffic stop conducted on Hickory Road in Butler. Jenkins’ blood-alcohol content level was 0.197%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.

April 11 — Zachary A. Clouse, 36, of East Brady, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said he showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests conducted on Route 422 in Summit Township. Clouse’s blood-alcohol content level was 0.144%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.
