Opus I hosts pipe organ program
ADAMS TWP — Opus I will host a program about the largest pipe organ in the world on April 11 in the music room of LifePointe Alliance Church on Route 228.
Member and organist Kathy Csellar will present a program about the pipe organ in the main auditorium of the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, N.J., built by the Midmer-Losh Organ Co.
Construction of the organ took place between May 1929 and December 1932, and it is the largest organ in the world as measured by the number of pipes.
The public may attend this free program with refreshments at 9:30 a.m. and the program at 10 a.m.
