State Rep. Tim Bonner, R-8th, is hosting a free senior breakfast from 9:30 to 11 a.m. April 22 at the Harrisville Volunteer Fire Department, 313 E. Mercer St. in Harrisville.

Attendees can expect an update on issues that impact them, along with information on several programs and services available. Specific topics that will be discussed include estate planning, inheritance tax, property tax/rent rebate program and discount vehicle registration for retired individuals.
