Police Reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
March 7 — Kevin M. Eichenlaub, 67, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanors of harassment after police said Eichenlaub has had repeated communication with multiple members of a family after being asked to stop.
March 7 — Zachary M. Wampler, 19, of Parker, was charged with retail theft after police said he under-rang items at checkout as a Walmart employee, owing a total of $304.
March 1 — Alexandria G. Baer, 35, of Freeport, was charged with a first offense of driving under the influence after police said she crashed her vehicle and showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests. Police said a later blood test showed Baer’s blood-alcohol content to be 0.224%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated. Traces of marijuana were also found in Baer’s system, police said.
March 2 — Ian E. McGee, 45, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two third-degree misdemeanors of statement under penalty after police said he submitted paperwork for abandoned vehicles from the department with paperwork discrepancies.
March 2 — Justin W. Tirk, 29, of Saxonburg, was charged with four first offense DUIs after police said he showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests. A later blood test showed traces of alcohol and marijuana in Tirk’s blood, and police said Tirk’s blood-alcohol content was 0.227%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.
March 7 — Larry Harris, 53, of New Kensington, was charged with misdemeanor theft-taking of movable property, receiving stolen property and summary charge fraudulent use/removal of a license plate after police said he took a license plate from a vehicle at a local business.
March 7 — Mary J. Spanik, 38, of Natrona Heights, was charged with theft of services after police said she has not paid the $410 owed to a towing company.
March 1 — James A. Parrotto, 48, of Valencia, was charged with a first offense DUI after police said he showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests and a breath test showed positive for alcohol.
March 9 — Gary L. McMasters, 45, of Butler, was charged with a first offense DUI after police said he showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests.
March 8 — Gregory P. Young, 48, of Butler, was charged with simple assault after police said he threatened someone with a knife.
March 7 — Henry W. Baldwin, 22, of Oil City, was charged with misdemeanor selling/furnishing alcohol to a minor, use and possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana after police said he showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests and the minors in his vehicle tested positive for alcohol.
March 7 — Priscilla L. Russell, 26, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor false identification to a law enforcement officer after police said she lied to an officer during a traffic stop.
March 7 — Christopher A. Tomsik, 51, of Sarver, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and harassment after police said Tomsik’s wife reported he pushed her against a wall and struck her with a cup repeatedly during an argument.
March 4 — Khaled A. Mohammed, 22, of Monee, Ill., was charged with two felonies of accessing a device of another without authorized use and two misdemeanors theft after police said surveillance footage showed Mohammed purchasing almost $2,000 worth of items using another person’s phone.
March 3 — Lisa L. Connelly, 54, of Butler, was charged with a first offense DUI after police said she showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests and a later blood test showed Connelly’s blood-alcohol content to be 0.267%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.
March 3 — Rebecca L. Duncan, 29, of Arnold, was charged with a first offense DUI after police said she showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests.
