Pennsylvania State Troopers investigate a head-on crash Thursday, March 10, 2022, morning on Route 228 near Saxonburg. The crash involved an eastbound pickup truck and a westbound tractor-trailer. Police on scene said a dashcam recording from the tractor-trailer shows the eastbound pickup truck involved in the crash veered into the westbound lane coming around a curve.
