The following defendants were sentenced Thursday in Butler County Common Pleas Court by Judge Kelley Streib.
Wayne Michael Johnston, 41, of Evans City, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, including 14 days of house arrest; pay fines totaling $1,300; complete 40 hours of community service; and pay $5,333.27 in restitution, including $4,833.27 to Nationwide Insurance, after pleading guilty to charges of driving under the influence and accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property. Zelienople police filed charges following a June 2, 2021, incident.
Tyleik J. Smith, 29, no address available, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay a $25 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed by Penn Township police following a March 10, 2017, incident.
Blake Michael Jesteadt, 24, of New Castle, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, including 14 days of house arrest; pay a $500 fine; and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by state police following a Jan. 15, 2021, incident.
Tracy Aaron Kelosky, 44, of Zelienople, was sentenced to serve 18 months of probation, including 10 days of house arrest; pay fines totaling $1,025; and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to charges of DUI, disorderly conduct and driving without a license filed by Zelienople police following a June 14, 2021, incident.
Jeffrey Alan Wolfe, 38, of Slippery Rock, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of simple assault and disorderly conduct and, in a separate case, pleaded no contest to a charge of theft by unlawful taking. State police filed charges in both cases. The simple assault and disorderly conduct charges were filed after a Jan. 7, 2021, incident. The theft charge was filed following an Oct. 1, 2017, incident. Other charges were dismissed in both cases.
David Vincent Rodgers, 59, of Chicora, was sentenced to serve 18 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of tampering with evidence filed by state police following an Oct. 17, 2019, incident.
Norman James Suter, 65, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, including 105 days on house arrest; and pay fines totaling $1,700 after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense and driving with a suspended license filed by state police following a Sept. 7, 2020, incident.
Colby Ellis Nicholas, 36, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, including 15 months of house arrest; pay a $2,500 fine; and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his third DUI. Penn Township police filed charges following a July 5, 2021, incident.
Olivia Jeanne Macarthur, 22, of Erie, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, pay a $300 fine and complete eight hours of community service after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by state police following a Jan. 24, 2020, incident. Several summary traffic violations were dismissed.
Jamie L. Streno, 45, of Allison Park, was sentenced to serve 30 months of probation, including nine months of house arrest; and pay restitution totaling $2,573.90, including $2,323 to State Farm Insurance, after pleading guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property filed by Cranberry Township police following a Sept. 28, 2020, incident.
Daniel Eric Ramsey, 50, of Butler, was sentenced to serve two consecutive terms of probation for six months, including a total of 49 days of house arrest; pay fines totaling $1,250; and complete a total of 80 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his first and second DUI offenses. State police filed charges in both cases. The first incident took place Feb. 6, 2021, and the second occurred Feb. 20, 2021.
Jessica Anne Erdos, 45, of Butler, was sentenced to serve two concurrent terms of probation for nine months and pay fines totaling $125 after pleading guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct filed by Butler County detectives following a Feb. 8, 2020, incident. Three felony drug charges were dismissed.
Kevin Michael Victor, 32, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay a $25 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Butler City police following a July 2, 2020, incident. Other charges were dismissed.
Basil Alan Luchkiw, 39, of Cabot, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, including six months of house arrest; pay fines totaling $1,700; and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his second DUI and a charge of driving with a suspended license. State police filed charges following a Dec. 10, 2020, incident.
Richard Wayne Dusheck, 65, of Butler was sentenced to serve three to 12 months in prison with immediate parole; six months of probation, including 15 days of house arrest; pay fines totaling $1,025; and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to charges in three cases. Butler City police filed charges following an Aug. 19, 2020, incident and state police filed charges following incidents on Sept. 25, 2020, and Feb. 8, 2021.
Michelle Lynn Johnston, 37, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance filed by Butler City police following a June 9, 2021, incident.
Adam Matthew Pounds, 30, of New Brighton, was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months of house arrest, followed by 12 months of probation and pay fines totaling $1,200 after pleading guilty to charges of DUI, possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license filed by state police following a Dec. 3, 2020, incident.
Joshua Michael McDougall, 37, of Butler, was sentenced to serve a total of 24 months of probation and pay fines totaling $350 after pleading guilty to charges of resisting arrest, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct filed by Slippery Rock police following an Oct. 3, 2021, incident. His sentence included two consecutive terms of probation for 12 months and a concurrent six months of probation.
