Michael G. Mills, 80, of Butler, passed away at home on Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022.

He was born in Bromley, England, on Aug. 18, 1941, and was the son of the late George and Daphne (Clark) Mills.

In 1960, he moved to the United States with his mother and late stepfather, Peter Browning.

Mike served in the U.S. Army Reserve.

He was employed as a pilot for Oberg Industries and Jennmar Corp., where he retired from. After retirement, he worked in vehicle sales, and drove a bus for Valley Lines, where his favorite route was for McQuistion Elementary School.

Michael loved archery and rifle hunting, along with trap shooting. He went on successful hunting expeditions to Canada for caribou, Alaska for brown bear and Newfoundland for moose.

Michael cherished spending time with his dogs, Turbo and Mocha.

Michael was the beloved husband of Suzanne (Noullet) Mills of Butler for over 36 years; and the nephew of Sheila Edwards of England.

He is also survived by his cousins in England; his in-laws, Elaine (Frank) Miller of Chicora, Celeste Deets of Crawford County, Douglas (Lisa) Noullet of Butler and Sharon Noulett; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Michael was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, David Noullet.
