The Georgie Smigel Group of Coldwell Banker Realty in Cranberry Township was awarded the International Society of Excellence designation for 2021 by the CEO and President of Coldwell Banker, M. Ryan Gorman.

The group closed 304 residential sales units in 2021, with more than $100 million in volume. It is led by Georgie Smigel, whose real estate career in the Pittsburgh metro area and suburbs spans more than three decades.

Other members of the group include Matt Ohlsson, Julie Babcock, Jim Danylo, Raechel Devinney, Priya Humar, Gina Hunkele, Craig Lipchin, Joe Markl, Christy Mckee, Natalie Shaffer, Drew Thompson and Laura Thompson.
