Michael E. Panko
Michael E. Panko, 57, of Butler, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 2, 2022.
He was born in Butler on May 25, 1964, the son to Kay and the late Robert Panko Sr.
Mike worked as a welder for the majority of his life and was a member of the Local 154 as a boilermaker the past five years. He also was a member of the American Legion Post 778 and the Slovak Sokol Society. Mike enjoyed camping and fishing, but above all else he cherished time with his family and friends. He was loved and will be forever missed.
Along with his mother, he is survived by his wife, Marie Panko, whom he married in 1993; his son, Chris Panko; and his siblings, Robert Panko Jr., Cheryl (Scott) Carter and Pat LaRue. He also is survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a loving family.
Panko — Friends of Michael E. Panko, who died Sunday, Jan. 2, 2022, will be received on from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday in SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
