Doris Jean Kelly

Doris Jean (Aggas) Kelly, 78, of Butler, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2021, at Concordia at the Orchard in Butler.

Born June 16, 1943, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late David P. and Grace Evelyn (Hall) Aggas.

She was a member of Hill United Presbyterian Church in Butler.

Doris was employed as a pharmacy technician for Phar-Mor, and most recently for Giant Eagle.

She enjoyed painting and genealogy.

Surviving are two daughters, Laura L. Vernon and her husband, Brian, of Butler, and Tammy J. Aul and her husband, A. Carl, of Connoquenessing; three grandchildren, Jennifer Monks, Jason Monks, and Kaylee Jobes and her husband, Christian; two great-grandchildren, Brody Monks and Marek Dumbaugh; and one sister, Sara Jane Zavadsky of Butler.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Mary Lou Fleming.

KELLY — There will be no public viewing for Doris Jean (Aggas) Kelly, who died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2021.

Services will be private.

Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler, is assisting the family with their arrangements.
