Since you’re gone my life stands still

Half a heart, half a will.

My soul’s paralized and I can’t breathe when I remember January 14.

And it’s a hard day today.

Now every night before I sleep,

I pray to God that He will keep,

Your soul waiting on the other side, till mine joins yours in the afterlife.

Shout it from the valley and the mountains too.

Because I’ve been called from God above,

To be back in the arms of my loving Mum.
