Dec. 7 — Tonisha L. Hedrick, 28, of Karns City, was charged with felony child endangerment and a first-offense DUI, following a two-vehicle crash at the intersections of School Street and Hook City Road, Bruin.Police said Hedrick was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital. A child was in the back seat during the crash. The child's conditions was not mentioned in court documents.Police said they found a stamp bag stuffed in a cigarette pack in Hedrick's vehicle. Police said a later blood test showed morphine and xylazine were in Hedrick's system.Dec. 7 — Brandon A. Dolan, 26, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors vehicle theft and possession of stolen property, related to a vehicle break-in at Concordia at the Orchard.Police said during the late evening Dec. 6 break-in, a purse was stolen from the vehicle. Police said the victim used an app to track Apple Airpods that were in the purse to an address on the 100 block of Miliheim Drive, Center Township.Police said they found Dolan possessing the Airpods. The value of the stolen items were valued at $200 and the broken window was estimated at about $500.Dec. 6 — Jacob S. Ellenberger, 26, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault, related to a Dec. 5 domestic incident on the 300 block of Cherry Road, Fairview Township. Police said they talked with Ellenberger's girlfriend who claimed he punched her in the face multiple times. Police said the woman had swelling and bruising to her left eye.Dec. 6 — Aaron J. Rodgers, 40, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense DUI, following a Nov. 11 single-vehicle crash in Brady Township. Police said Rodgers showed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking before driving. Police said Rodgers completed a breath test which showed he was above the legal limit. The specific blood-alcohol content was not included in court documents, but the legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.Dec. 6 — Two women were charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a fight on the 400 block of Iris Road, Brady Township.Megan E. Borg, 31, of Brady Township, saw a truck driving past her home multiple times, and she then confronted the passenger, Lori N. Ernst, 29, of Slippery Rock, of the vehicle.Police said Borg hit the Ernst in the face through an open window, before Ernst exited the vehicle and the fight continued. Police said Ernst had bruising on both eyes and on her face.
