Presbyterian SeniorCare has new leadership
Adams Township resident James Pieffer has been appointed president and CEO of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network.
The network serves older adults through in-home and community-based aging services programs and residential living and care options across 10 Western Pennsylvania counties, including Butler.
Pieffer will succeed Paul Winkler, who retired after 34 years.
“I am honored and humbled that the Network board of directors has invested their faith in me to lead such a renowned organization,” Pieffer said in a statement. “I am committed to our organization's mission and vision and devoted to the residents and families we serve.”
Pieffer has worked with Presbyterian SeniorCare Network or its predecessor Presbyterian Medical Center since 1985. In addition to his new responsibilities with Presbyterian SeniorCare Network, Pieffer also is chair of the board of directors of LeadingAge PA, the state's largest senior care advocacy association.
