Nov. 1 — Laura Diane Dunlap, 59, of Sarver, was charged with DUI and two summary traffic offenses after the vehicle she was driving traveled over a hillside after striking a parked car along Ralston Road on Aug. 18.

Nov. 1 — Christopher Todd Weidman, 27, of Zelienople and Jeffrey Jon Daiker Jr., 27, of Zelienople were charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police and other charges after allegedly fleeing from an officer who tried to pull over a BMW 540i that Weidman allegedly was driving without a license plate on Lindsay Road on Oct. 31. Both men allegedly fled on foot after the car stopped along Route 19, police said. Weidman was committed to the county prison in lieu of $10,000 bail and Daiker was jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail.

7:54 a.m. Nov. 7 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 79 North near milemarker 99 in Muddy Creek Township.Police said Robert W. Tencati, 74, of Turner Falls, Mass., made a careless lane change, causing a crash with a vehicle driven by Cortney R. Cook, 30, of Morgantown, W.Va.Police said there was one passenger in Tencati's vehicle and four passengers in Cook's vehicle.No injuries were reported in the crash.9:11 a.m. Nov. 6 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Leslie Road, Forward Township.Police said Luke M. Enders, 22, of Renfrew, drove his vehicle off the road and hit a tree. Police said he fled the scene and failed to report the crash, and he was cited accordingly.
