Nov. 1 — Michelle R. Bauman, 39, of Saxonburg, was charged with a first-offense DUI related to an Oct. 26 incident on Winfield Road in Jefferson Township.Police said they saw a vehicle with extensive damage pull into a parking lot after it had been traveling erratically.Police said they smelled alcohol in the vehicle and found two empty White Claw cans inside. Police said both the game commission officer and state police conducted field sobriety tests, which showed Bauman was impaired.Police said a later breath test showed Bauman's blood-alcohol content at .128%, and in Pennsylvania, a level of .08% is considered intoxicated.
Oct. 31 — Christopher T. Weidman, 27, of Jackson Township, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor fleeing and disorderly conduct following a chase on Perry Highway in Jackson Township.Police said they attempted to stop a vehicle, which instead continued traveling until it reached Weidman's home on Perry Highway. Police said two men fled from the vehicle and into the home.Police said after detaining the men, they determined Weidman was the driver.
10:18 a.m. Oct. 31 — Kaleel J. Thompson, 25, of Minjo Junction, Ohio, was arrested and charged with trespass related to an incident reported on the 300 block of Elm Street in Slippery Rock.Police said two homeowners told officers they awakened and found Thompson, who they do not know, passed out in their home.Police said Thompson was intoxicated and didn't know how he got inside the home.Oct. 31 — Nickolas C. McKay, 21, of Warren, Ohio, was arrested and charged with misdemeanors drug possession, marijuana possession, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and drug paraphernalia possession, related to a report of two shots fired.Police said they found McKay walking from the area where the report originated, and when they asked him to stop, he continued walking away.Police said when they tried to stop him, McKay resisted. Police said it took multiple officers to arrest McKay, and during a search of his person police said they found white powder that tested positive as cocaine as well as marijuana and vape pens.
