The following items were collected from various police departments.

Oct. 7 — Kelly Kruzelyak, 34, of Wampum, suffered minor injuries after he was ejected through the open passenger door of a Freightliner box truck after he lost control of the vehicle and struck an embankment along Bicker Road in Winfield Township. He was not wearing a seat belt. He was not taken to a hospital. Saxonburg police also responded to the accident.
