The local General Richard Butler chapter of the National DAR will be celebrating our 100th anniversary on Oct. 30 at the Butler Country Club, and the event is open to the public. There will be a luncheon and displays of the Chapter Charter, pictures and memorabilia from the past century, as well as speakers and actors representing the chapter's history.
