Jesse Ryan Golden Kimmel, 32, of Bechtelsville, Berks County, was charged with two counts each of retail theft and driving with a suspended license for allegedly taking $2,052 in merchandise from Lowe's on July 24 and $1,207 in merchandise from the same store on Aug. 3, and driving with a suspended license.Aug. 26 — Ricky Simmons, 18, of Butler and a 17-year-old male from Butler were cited for disorderly conduct for allegedly causing a verbal argument inside and outside of KFC that disturbed employees and customers at 7:32 p.m.Aug. 9 — Kaylie Walters, 31, of Renfrew was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after she allegedly struck a stop sign on Reiber Road.

Sept. 27 — Percy Guilky, 52, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and several summary traffic violations following a traffic stop on Litman Road in Butler Township on Aug. 27.Sept. 27 — Andrew William Eichenauer, 36, of Valencia was charged with DUI and a summary traffic violation following a traffic stop on Route 28 in Buffalo Township on Sept. 12.Sept. 29 — John Robert Rufer, 30, of Portersville was charged with DUI and two summary traffic violations following a traffic stop on Route 488 in Prospect on Sept. 26.Sept. 29 — Dillon James Bowser, was charged with DUI and a summary traffic violation following a traffic stop on Route 422 in Franklin Township on July 5.Sept. 29 — Robert Patrick Heinrich, 18, of Carnegie was charged with two counts of theft from a motor vehicle, criminal solicitation, loitering and prowling at night and summary violations of defiant trespass and disorderly conduct in connection with thefts from vehicles parked at housing complexes in Slippery Rock Township on Sept. 5.Sept. 29 — Lynda M. Ledonne, 51, of Butler was charged with theft by unlawful taking for allegedly taking a wallet that a customer left in the Fairground Market in Prospect on Sept. 10.

Sept. 27 — Read Clayton Tillotson, 31, of Butler was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and three summary traffic violations, and Joshua M. Tierno, 36, of Butler was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Route 28 in Buffalo Township on Sept. 6.Sept. 27 — Traci Louise Gaston, 35, of Beyer, Indiana County was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a summary traffic violation following a traffic stop on Route 28 in Buffalo Township on Sept. 14.

Sept. 24 — Borough police said Jonathon Regis Barnes, 44, of Linesville was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and resisting arrest after he allegedly struck a car on North Main Street, and resisting officers while he was being taken into custody.Sept. 27 — Richard James Wagner, 26, of Butler was charged with DUI and four summary traffic violations following a traffic stop on Franklin Street on Sept. 18.

Sept. 29 — Aric Donovan Aiken, 27, of Grove City was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property for allegedly taking an Apple MacBook computer valued at $1,200 owned by a university student from a third floor common area in Rhoads Hall on Sept. 26.

Sept. 23 — Tammy Lynn Mitchell, 47, of Cranberry Township was charged with DUI and two summary traffic violations following a traffic stop on Bear Run Road on Sept. 22.Sept. 29 — Kaitlyn Gabrielle Weisser, 22, of Zelienople was charged with retail theft for allegedly taking $165 in merchandise from Walmart on Aug. 27.
